Augusta University has introduced a new student success portal, Jag360, which became available on November 1 through the university’s intranet platform, MyAugusta. The portal replaces Navigate and is intended to improve the experience for undergraduate students, faculty, and staff.

Jag360 offers students an easier way to schedule appointments with Academic Advisement and the Academic Success Center, connect with faculty, and access campus resources. For faculty and staff, it provides tools to manage student support activities such as scheduling, progress reporting, and tracking engagement with students.

“The launch of Jag360 marks a transformative step in how Augusta University supports our students from enrollment through graduation,” said Stanley Singleton, PhD, associate vice president for Student Success. “By building and merging the student success platform with a platform we already trust for the admissions process, we are creating a more seamless, personalized experience for students, faculty and staff. This transition reflects our commitment to innovation and to putting student success at the center of everything we do.”

All data from Navigate will be transferred to Jag360 so that past appointments and notes remain accessible. There are separate portals within MyAugusta: one for students (Jag360 Student) and another for faculty/staff (Jag360 Faculty/Staff). Users can log in using their AU credentials.

All undergraduate students, faculty, and staff at Augusta University have full access to Jag360. If users encounter login issues, they are advised to ensure they have selected the correct portal.

Additional information about logging in or frequently asked questions is available on the Jag360 resource webpage. Those needing further help can contact Student Success by email for support.
