As Georgia continues to adapt to shifting economic conditions, state leaders are considering strategies to boost job growth. Steve Justice, executive director of the Georgia Centers of Innovation, described two main approaches for fostering employment in the state.

“One is to invite people to come and bring them (jobs) there, the other is to grow them from the ground up, and you’ve got to have both,” Justice said.

His comments reflect ongoing discussions about how best to create jobs as industries evolve and technology reshapes workforce needs across Georgia.
