The Georgia Manufacturing Alliance (GMA) has launched its 2024 Membership Drive, running from June 1 through July 31. The initiative encourages current members to invite manufacturing colleagues to join the organization, with incentives offered for both referrers and new members.

Current GMA members can provide their manufacturing contacts a 10% discount on first-year membership fees by sharing the promotional code FRIEND10. Members who refer others will receive recognition as a “GMA Builder,” including a tee shirt, free admission to an upcoming GMA event, and entry into a drawing for dinner at one of Georgia’s top restaurants.

New manufacturing members who join during this period using the code will also receive a 10% discount on their first year, a “Builders” tee shirt, and complimentary admission to their first GMA event.

To participate, new applicants must enter the referring member’s name in the “Referred By” section of their online application. Both new and referring members will be recognized at the GMA Member Appreciation Party scheduled for August 8 at Scofflaw Brewery in Atlanta. The event is open exclusively to current GMA members and will feature networking opportunities along with awards such as “GMA Builder – Top Recruiter,” “Rising Star Award,” and recognition for advisory board members, chapter directors, annual sponsors, and event sponsors.

Special limited edition tee shirts will be provided to every member who refers a new member during June or July.

“The Rising Tide Lifts ALL Ships – By working together to grow GMA you will connect with new companies and leaders,” according to the announcement.
