IAM negotiations team member Mark Costa, a flight service specialist, has outlined his responsibilities in providing essential weather and safety information to pilots. Costa represents Local 2010 in Reston, Virginia. He stated that his team, together with Local 2011 based in Fort Worth, Texas, is preparing for upcoming contract negotiations with the government contractor Leidos.

Costa emphasized the importance of these preparations as both locals work toward securing terms with Leidos that address their professional needs and concerns.
