IAM hosts training to build retiree clubs and boost member engagement

The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) Retirees & Membership Services Department recently organized a week-long training session at the William Winpisinger Education and Technology Center in Maryland. The event aimed to support members in forming retiree clubs within their districts and local unions.

The initiative is part of a broader plan to increase the involvement of retirees, offer more resources to retired members, and encourage mentorship for younger union members.
