The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) has reminded its members and their families about the availability of support services during the holiday season, a period that can be challenging for many. The union offers two separate Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) providing confidential, around-the-clock support.

In addition to these programs, the IAM highlighted other resources available to anyone in need. The National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is accessible by dialing 988, texting 988, or visiting 988lifeline.org for assistance via text. For life-threatening emergencies, individuals are advised to call 911.
