Leadership Augusta announced on March 9 that applications are now open for its Class of 2027, with the deadline set for April 17. The program, established in 1980 by the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce, aims to educate and inspire leaders to strengthen the community.

The announcement is significant as Leadership Augusta provides participants with exposure to regional achievements, challenges, and opportunities while encouraging connections across cultural and economic boundaries. The program is recognized for fostering leadership development in the area.

He is currently Director of Marketing & Creative Services at Augusta University, where he oversees marketing strategies, advertising, branding, and trademark licensing. Lamb holds degrees from Georgia College & State University and Georgia Southern University.

Kaylee Snead will serve as Co-Chair for the upcoming class. Snead is a Community Development Specialist at Augusta National Golf Club and an adjunct professor at Augusta University. She has experience in community development projects and philanthropic investments, as well as previous roles supporting external relations at Augusta University. Snead also serves on the Young Professionals Board for Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Augusta.
