Lucie Morillon has been named Communications Representative at the Canadian Office of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), effective September 15, 2025. The appointment was made by IAM International President Brian Bryant.

Morillon brings more than eight years of experience in communications and marketing. Her background includes work in non-profit, public, and private sectors.

In her new role, Morillon will support the Canadian Office’s communications efforts. She is expected to help enhance IAM’s digital presence, strengthen engagement with members, and ensure effective communication across districts and locals.

“I’m excited to be joining such a passionate and dedicated team, and I look forward to using my skills to support IAM members across Canada,” said Morillon. “Being part of an organization that champions workers’ rights and helps build stronger, fairer workplaces is truly inspiring, and I’m eager to contribute to this meaningful work.”
